Grant of Rights

I, the undersigned model, hereby grant Maia Sokolic Photography and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to photograph, record, and use my likeness, image, appearance, and voice in photographs, videos, or other media created during the below mentioned session.

These images may be used for purposes including but not limited to:

• Portfolio
• Website and blog
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Advertising
• Editorial publications
• Photography competitions or exhibitions

I understand that the images may be edited, altered, cropped, or otherwise modified at the photographer’s discretion.

Usage by Model (Client Use)

The model is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal use only.

The model agrees that:

• The images may not be sold, licensed, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Maia Sokolic Photography.

• The images may not be altered, edited, or filtered in a way that changes the original artistic intent without permission.

• When sharing images on social media or online platforms, the model agrees to credit the photographer by tagging or mentioning “Maia Sokolic Photography” (@maiasokolic_photography) wherever reasonably possible.

Ownership

All photographs and media created remain the exclusive property of Maia Sokolic Photography and are protected under copyright law.

Release of Liability

I release the photographer and all associated parties from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of these photographs.
